Job Position- Manager- Human Resources
Location- Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi
Your duties and responsibilities
Managing the induction process for all the new joiners including proper on boarding and documentation.
Managing attendance and leave management and improvement in the overall discipline of employees.
Handling Recruitment & Selection Process.
Managing Reference Check according to reference check Policy for all new joiners.
Managing HR helpdesks, Salary Help Desk, developing tracking mechanisms and continuous improvement of HR backend activities, creation and implementation of new & updated HR policies & ensuring the adherence of all the policies of the organization.
Planning and implementation of employee engagement activities for employee motivation.
Grievances handling and problem resolution according to the company policies.
Initiated Monthly/Quarterly Reward & Recognition programs for all the departments.
Communication, implementation and compliance of performance management systems.
Managing Incentive Policy for the Counseling Team, coordination and implementation of the Policies.
Ensuring complete formalities of Separation Process & taking Exit Interviews.
Managing performance appraisal cycle and system for the employees.
Introduced mechanisms for attendance and leave management.
Preparation of employee’s salary and Full & Final settlements for all Organization’s centers.
Doing the overall coordination & working closely with Labor Consultant for PF/ESIC related queries & calculations.
Vendor management.
Contributing to the overall administrative management of the office including coordination between the departments.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist with a good organization
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
In depth knowledge of different HR processes
Good knowledge and experience with HR tools and best practices
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
