Position: Executive - HR & Admin Officer

Location: Faridabad (Delhi NCR)


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to manage the recruitment process, employee documentation, and the overall employee life-cycle. This role also involves overseeing office administration, IT asset management, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & On-boarding

  • Manage the complete hiring process, from job postings to candidate selection.

  • Conduct interviews and manage communication with candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment records and oversee the smooth on-boarding of new hires.

2. Employee Documentation & Life-cycle Management

  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurately completed and legally compliant.

  • Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and exit documentation.

  • Oversee employee orientation, performance reviews, and exit processes.

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.

3. Administrative Supervision

  • Oversee junior administrative staff and manage daily office operations.

  • Ensure the availability and proper use of office supplies and facilities.

4. In-House Staff & IT Device Management

  • Manage staff well-being and foster a positive work environment.

  • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and general office management.

  • Oversee IT procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of company devices.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

  • Assist management in developing and implementing HR and administrative policies.


Required Qualifications & Expertise


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR and administrative roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR management software.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Multitasking Ability: Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Skills: Experience with IT device management and supervising junior staff.


Job Details & Benefits

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: Negotiable (Best in the Industry)

  • Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday off per month

  • Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
